摘要
目的研究连续性血液净化(CRRT)和间歇性血液透析(IHD)对急性肾衰竭(ARF)患者电解质水平的影响。方法运用随机数表法将本院2017年1月~2019年3月诊治的94例ARF患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各47例。对照组患者进行IHD,观察组患者进行CRRT。比较治疗前后的血尿素氮、血肌酐水平;比较两组患者治疗后电解质异常情况;比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗后血尿素氮、血肌酐水平低于对照组(P<0.05);经透析治疗后,观察组K+、Na+、Ca2+电解质异常占比均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ARF患者来说,相比于IHD,CRRT可以更好地改善血尿素氮、血肌酐水平,纠正电解质异常,减少并发症发生,值得应用推广。
Objective To study the effect of continuous blood purification(CRRT)and intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)on electrolyte levels in patients with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods A total of 94 patients with ARF diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent IHD,and patients in the observation group underwent CRRT.Blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels were compared before and after treatment.Electrolyte abnormalities after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After dialysis,the proportions of K+,Na+and Ca2+electrolyte abnormalities in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ARF,CRRT can better improve blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels,correct electrolyte abnormalities and reduce complications,compared with IHD.It is worthy of application.
