拔除胃管协同综合排痰护理在老年突发窒息患者中的应用效果

Application effect of removing stomach tube and comprehensive drainage and sputum nursing in elderly patients with sudden asphyxia

目的探讨拔除胃管协同综合排痰对治疗老年突发窒息患者的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治100例老年突发窒息患者作为研究对象,采用双盲法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采取拔除胃管协同综合排痰护理,对照组采取常规方法护理。护理1个月后观察效果,包括护理总有效率、住院、体温恢复、血常规恢复时间、24 h平均痰液量、护理满意评分、舒适度评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组护理总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院、体温恢复、血常规恢复时间均短于对照组,24 h平均痰液量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意、舒适度评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年突发窒息患者实施拔除胃管协同综合排痰护理,效果显著,有助于提高患者的护理满意度,缩短患者住院治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of removing gastric tube and comprehensive drainage on the treatment of sudden asphyxia in elderly patients.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,100 elderly patients with sudden asphyxia in our hospital were selected as objects of study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by double-blind method,50 cases in each group.The observation group took the removal of the gastric tube and cooperated with the comprehensive drainage and nursing,and the control group took the routine method of nursing.The effect was observed after 1 month of nursing,including total effective care,hospitalization time,body temperature recovery time,blood routine recovery time,24 h average sputum volume,nursing satisfaction score,comfort score and quality of life score.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.00%);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,body temperature recovery time and blood routine recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average sputum volume at 24 h was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score,comfort score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with sudden asphyxia in the removal of gastric tube and comprehensive drainage plan has significant effects,which can improve the patient′s satisfaction and shorten the hospitalization time.
