摘要
PF医师费制度是以医师贡献为导向,综合发展医院医疗、教学、科研的绩效分配制度。从PF医师费制度的内涵入手,介绍了目前实施PF医师费制度较为成功的两所医院的经验,分析了医院引入PF医师费制度面临的分配模式转变、工作理念转变、医疗服务项目收费合理性、工资总额设定4个方面的问题,并针对这4个问题给出了相应的解决方案,以期为今后医院引入PF医师费制度提供参考。
Physician Fee System is a performance-based allocation system that comprehensively develops hospital medical treatment,teaching and scientific research based on physician contribution.Through from the definition of the physician fee system,introduces the implementation of the physician fee system of two hospitals more successful experience.The paper analyses the hospital introduced the physician fee system facing four aspects of problems:the work idea transformation,transformation of distribution pattern,the medical service charges,rationality,setting the total wages.According to the four problems,presents the corresponding solutions in order to hospital introduced the physician fee system to provide the reference for the future.
