摘要
门诊是医院重要的服务窗口,承担着繁重的医疗任务,其服务的好坏直接影响到医院的声誉和患者的利益。笔者通过介绍东阳市人民医院坚持以病人为中心,通过创新服务模式,不断加快信息化智能化建设,整合资源,优化流程,提升服务效率,培训员工服务技能,持续改进服务等措施,切实改善患者就医感受,有效提高门诊服务品质。
The outpatient service is an important service window of the hospital,undertaking heavy medical tasks,and its service directly affects the reputation of the hospital and the interests of the patients.In recent years,Dongyang People’s hospital insists on taking patients as the center,innovating the service mode,accelerating the pace of information intelligence,integrating resources,optimizing the process,improving the service efficiency,improving the people’s medical experience,and opening a new chapter of the outpatient service.
