科技成果质量提升的动力问题研究

Research on the Driving Force of the Quality Improvement of Sci-Tech Achievements

针对科技成果质量问题这一科技成果转化的症结,指出科研人员在成果创造中的动力直接决定着科技成果质量,运用委托代理模型,分析了科技成果创造过程中科研人员面临的激励与约束因素,探讨了科研人员的动力与科技成果质量的关系,指出了科技管理部门的政策调整方向。

In view of the quality of sci-tech achievements, which is the crux of the transformation of sci-tech achievements,this paper points out that the driving force of scientific researchers in the creation of achievements directly determines the quality of sci-tech achievements. Using the principal-agent model, this paper analyzes the incentive and constraint factors faced by scientific researchers in the process of sci-tech achievements creation, probes into the relationship between the driving force of scientific researchers and the quality of sci-tech achievements, and points out policy adjustment direction of the sci-tech management departments.
