在校生创业对能力素质影响的感知研究--以厦门华厦学院为例

A Study on the Perception of the Impact of Entrepreneurship on the Ability and Quality of On-Campus Students--A Case Study of Xiamen Huaxia University

本文以厦门华厦学院众创空间的参与者为调查样本,针对创业的前期市场调研、商业创意与计划、企业注册、管理制度构架、业务运营和日常管理进行了全阶段剖析,对参与创业的在校生的行为动机、能力影响、素质变化等方面进行了感知调查,分析其创业的状态和能力素质变化感知,以期反映一些在校生创业的情况和问题。

Taking the participants of Xiamen Huaxia University as the sample, this paper analyzes the whole stage of market research, business creation and plan, enterprise registration, management system framework, business operation and daily management, and investigates the motivation, ability influence and quality change of the students who participate in the entrepreneurship, and analyzes their status and change perception of ability and quality, to reflect the situation and problems.
