摘要
为了提升人才培养与社会需求的契合度,促进高职院校工科专业调整和新兴专业设置发展,介绍了工科专业调整的现实背景和具体表现,结合实例阐述了高职工科专业调整的响应和功效,提出应通过明晰新兴专业技术积累路径、探索新兴专业技术积累方式、推进新兴专业技术积累凝聚,促进高职专业技术积累,提升新兴专业核心竞争力,提升专业发展水平,提高人才培养质量。
In order to improve the fit between talent training and social needs, promote the adjustment of engineering specialty and the development of new specialty setting in higher vocational colleges, this paper introduces the practical background and specific performance of the adjustment of engineering specialty, expounds the response and effect of the adjustment of engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges with examples. This paper puts forward that it is necessary to clarify the path, explore the way and promote the cohesion of new specialty technology accumulation, to enhance the core competitiveness of new specialty, to improve the level of specialty development, and to improve the quality of talent training.
