国医大师熊继柏运用小陷胸汤合方治疗恶性肿瘤经验

Experience Analysis of National TCM Master XIONG Jibo’s Application of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction Compound in Treating Malignant Tumor

国医大师熊继柏教授治疗恶性肿瘤疾病经验丰富,本文列举熊教授运用小陷胸汤复方治疗肺癌、白血病、食管癌、胃癌案例四则。其共同主症为咳黄痰、胸闷胸痛、舌红、苔黄腻、脉滑数等,另根据各自病情分别合用桑贝止嗽散、六君子汤、启膈散和金铃子散等方剂。熊教授明察病机,异病同治,疗效显著,为临床上应用小陷胸汤提供参考。

National TCM Master XIONG Jibo is good at treating malignant tumor with rich experience.This paper listed four cases of professor XIONG Jibo’s application of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction Compound in treating lung cancer,leukemia,esophagus cancer and gastric cancer.Their common main symptoms were yellow expectoration,chest tightness and chest pain,red tongue,yellow and greasy tongue fur,and slippery rapid pulse.According to their different conditions,Sangbei Zhisou Powder,Liujunzi Decoction,Qige Powder and Jinlingzi Powder were combined use.Professor XIONG perceived pathogenesis and treated different diseases with same method with significant curative effectiveness,which provides references for application of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in treating clinical diseases.
