摘要
叶片泵叶轮的空蚀动力学行为首先由其铸造特性决定。表面粗糙度是影响空蚀动力学行为初始孕育阶段的关键因素。叶轮铸件的金相组织则主要影响孕育阶段之外的空蚀动力学行为。同时空化作用又分为空化破坏和空化强化,随着二者影响权重的不同,空蚀呈现为不同的动力学行为。
The cavitation erosion dynamics of the vane pump impeller has been firstly determined by its casting characteristics.Surface roughness is the key factor affecting the initial incubation stage of cavitation erosion kinetics.The metallographic structure of the impeller casting mainly affects the cavitation erosion dynamics outside the incubation stage.At the same time,the role of cavitation has been divided into cavitation destruction and cavitation strengthening.With the different influencing weights of cavitation,cavitation erosion presents different dynamic behaviors.
