中西医治疗干眼的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of dry eye

随着干眼发病率的上升,人们对干眼的研究更加深入。国际干眼协会也在2017年对干眼进行了新的定义,同时治疗方式发生了重大变化,如各种新型人工泪液的产生,泪道栓子设计的改变,出现各种用于眼睑清洁与物理治疗的产品以及中医等替代医学的发展。本文回顾干眼治疗方法及新近临床实验进展的文献,作一综述。

As the incidence of dry eye rises,peoples′research on dry eye has become more in-depth.The International Dry Eye Association also introduced a new definition of dry eye in 2017.At the same time,major changes have occurred in the treatment methods,such as the generation of various new artificial tears,changes in the design of lacrimal emboli,and various types of the products of physical therapy and the development of alternative medicine such as Chinese medicine.This article reviews the literature on dry eye treatment methods and recent clinical advances,and reviews them.
