酒石酸美托洛尔片联合辛伐他汀片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果

Effect of Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets combined with Simvastatin Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨酒石酸美托洛尔片联合辛伐他汀片治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2018年1~12月到本院接受治疗的158例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(79例)与观察组(79例)。对照组患者采用酒石酸美托洛尔片单一药物治疗方法,观察组患者采用辛伐他汀片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片药物方法。比较两组患者的临床治疗指标、疗效指标及不良反应总发生率指标。结果治疗结束,观察组患者的发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛持续时长短于对照组,基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及不良反应总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的鼠抗人基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂1(TIMP-1)、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀片联合酒石酸美托洛尔片的治疗方法,可有效改善冠心病心绞痛患者的预后,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets combined with Simvastatin Tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Altogether 158 patients with angina pectoris of CHD treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(79 cases)and observation group(79 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets alone.The observation group was treated with Simvastatin Tablets combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets.The clinical treatment indicators,therapeutic indicators and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of treatment,the number of attacks in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group,the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mouse anti-human tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1),serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin Tablets combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which is worth popularizing.
