新伤湿敷液治疗早期跟骨骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xinshang Shifu Liquid in the treatment of early calcaneal fracture

目的探讨新伤湿敷液治疗早期跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月~2019年5月常德市第一中医医院收治住院的70例闭合性跟骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(35例)与对照组(35例)。治疗组采用新伤湿敷液外用的方法,对照组采用七叶皂苷钠擦剂外用的方法。比较两组治的临床疗效、肿胀、疼痛程度的变化。结果治疗组的优良率为94.2%,高于对照组的68.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的肿胀程度和疼痛程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新伤湿敷液在跟骨骨折的早期治疗中疗效确切,能够有效缓解跟骨骨折早期的肿胀、疼痛,值得临床上推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinshang Shifu Liquid in the treatment of early calcaneal fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with closed calcaneal fractures admitted to Changde First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the treatment group(35 cases)and the control group(35 cases)according to the method of random number table.The patients in the treatment group were treated with the external application of Xinshang Shifu Liquid,while the patients in the control group was treated with the external application of sodium aescinate liniment.The clinical effect,swelling and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 94.2%,higher than that of the control group(68.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of swelling and pain in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinshang Shifu Liquid has a definite effect in the early treatment of calcaneal fracture,and can effectively relieve the swelling and pain in the early stage of calcaneal fracture,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
