饮食护理结合针对性护理对胃癌患者生活质量的影响

Effect of dietary nursing combined with targeted nursing on quality of life of patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨饮食护理结合针对性护理对胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年4月~2019年4月我院治疗的100例胃癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机对照的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用饮食护理结合针对性护理。观察两组的胃肠功能恢复情况、生活质量评分。结果观察组的排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌患者采取饮食护理结合针对性护理,能促进患者的胃肠功能恢复,提高患者的生活质量,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of dietary nursing combined with targeted nursing on the quality of life of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while those in the observation group received dietary nursing combined with targeted nursing.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and quality of life score were observed.Results The exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric cancer,dietary nursing combined with targeted nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high application value.
