无缝隙护理模式在老年脑出血颅内血肿患者微创穿刺术中的应用

Application of seamless nursing mode in minimally invasive puncture of elderly patients with intracranial hemorrhage after intracerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨无缝隙护理模式在老年脑出血颅内血肿患者微创穿刺术中的应用。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的62例颅内血肿微创手术治疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。观察组采用无缝隙护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。比较两组生活质量(OLI)评分、Zung氏焦虑量表(SAS)评分及术后并发症总发生率。结果观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的32.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理模式会提前进行科学性评估,制定不同计划,而改善患者负面情绪,纠正不良日常生活方式,优化患者生活质量,同时能降低术后并发症,值得在临床应用。

Objective To explore the application of seamless nursing mode in minimally invasive puncture of elderly patients with intracranial hemorrhage after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,62 patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was used seamless nursing mode,the control group was used conventional nursing mode.The quality of life(OLI)score,Zung′s anxiety scale(SAS)score,and the total incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS score in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than 32.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless nursing model will be scientifically evaluated in advance,and different plans will be formulated to improve the patients′negative emotions,correct poor daily life styles,optimize patients′quality of life,and reduce the postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
