基于卸载式升力模拟的直升机缩比模型着水试验技术研究

Helicopter Scale Model Ditching Test based on Reduce Load Method for the Rotor Lift Simulation

适航规章中提出了旋翼升力的模拟要求。文章针对直升机缩比模型着水试验的旋翼升力模拟技术,分析了3种方案的特点,选择卸载式旋翼升力模拟技术应用于直升机缩比模型水上迫降试验。针对该方案,设计了新的试验卸载装置,探索了新的试验方法,开展了重复性试验,通过试验数据的对比验证了试验装置和试验方法的可行性和可靠性。此技术可应用于直升机缩比模型的水上迫降适航取证试验,为民用直升机的水上迫降适航取证提供技术支持。

The airworthiness regulations set the simulation requirements of rotor lift.Three methods of rotor lift simulation for the helicopter scale model ditching test were introduced and analyzed,and the reduce load method for rotor lift simulation was proved to be the best one for the helicopter scale model ditching experiment.For the simulation method,new equipment,test method and repeatability tests were developed,and the comparison of test data proved its feasibility and reliability,which could be used to the helicopter scale model ditching test and support the civil helicopter ditching airworthiness work at home.
