利用行动导向教学法在儿科实践教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨行动导向教学法在儿科实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我校临床卓越医师班学生56例,其中2015级28例设为对照组、2016级28例设为研究组。给予对照组传统带教模式进行儿科实践教学培训,给予研究组行动导向教学法开展儿科实践教学。对比两组考核成绩(基础知识、基本技能及专科技能)及满意度(学生对培训内容及质量满意度、教师对学生护理工作满意度)。结果:研究组基本技能、基础知识及专科技能考核成绩较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组学生对培训内容及质量满意度、教师对学生护理工作满意度分值较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用行动导向教学法开展儿科实践教学,可有效提升学生儿科护理基本知识及相关操作技能、基本技能,且学生对培训内容及质量、教师对学生护理工作满意度均较高,实际工作中可参照学生具体状况选取具体措施开展实践教学,以此保证教学效果,确保学生专业技能及理论知识得到有效提升。 Objective:To explore the effect of action oriented teaching method in practical teaching of pediatrics.Methods:Fifty-six students from the class of outstanding clinical physicians in our school were selected,including 28 students from the class of 2015 as the control group and 28 students from the class of 2016 as the research group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode to conduct practical teaching training in pediatrics,while the research group adopted the action-oriented teaching method to conduct practical teaching training in pediatrics.Two groups of assessment results(basic knowledge,basic skills and specialized skills)and satisfaction(students'satisfaction with training content and quality,teachers'satisfaction with students'nursing work)were compared.Results:The achievement of basic skills,basic knowledge and specialized skills in the study group was higher than that in the control group.Students in the study group were more satisfied with the training content and quality,and teachers were more satisfied with students'nursing work than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using action oriented teaching method to carry out practical teaching training in pediatrics can effectively improve students'basic knowledge,operation skills and basic skills of pediatric nursing.Moreover,students'satisfaction with the content and quality of training and teachers'satisfaction with students'nursing work are higher.In practical work,corresponding measures can be selected to carry out practical teaching according to the specific situation of students,so as to ensure the teaching effect and ensure that students'professional skills and theoretical knowledge are effectively improved.
