小剂量米氮平联合心理护理在失眠症患者的应用

Application of low-dose mirtazapine combined with psychological nursing in patients with insomnia

目的:小剂量米氮平联合心理护理在失眠症患者的应用。方法:将我院2016-04~2018-07收治且资料完整的60例失眠症患者纳入研究,随机抽样分为对照组与观察组,对照组:30例,小剂量米氮平治疗与常规护理,观察组:30例,小剂量米氮平联合心理护理。对比两组患者治疗效果、随眠质量评分以及焦虑、抑郁评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%高于对照组76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率以及睡眠质量等相关评分方面均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后焦虑、抑郁评分下降且观察治疗后评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量米氮平联合心理护理能够改善患者睡眠状态,同时对患者焦虑、抑郁等心理问题产生影响,降低患者焦虑、抑郁程度。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of low-dose mirtazapine combined with psychological nursing in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:Sixty patients with insomnia admitted to maoming third people's hospital from April 2016 to July 2018 with complete data were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,30 patients were treated with low-dose mirtazapine and routine nursing care.In the observation group,30 patients were treated with a small dose of mirtazapine.Treatment effect,sleep quality score,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep quality in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The score of anxiety and depression in the observation group after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment,and the score after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose of mirtazapine combined with psychological nursing can improve patients'sleep state and reduce their anxiety and depression.
