痰热清雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

Clinical study of atomization inhalation of phlegm reqing in the treatment of children bronchopneumonia

目的:探究痰热清雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017-07~2017-12我院儿科住院治疗的136例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=68)和观察组(n=68)。对照组患儿给予常规平喘止咳化痰治疗及15mg氨溴索+0.9%氯化钠(5mL)雾化吸入,观察组在对照组基础上联合痰热清(3mL)雾化吸入治疗。比较治疗后两组患儿治疗有效率,退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿临床治疗的总有效率为91.18%,显著高于对照组患儿的72.06%。与此同时,观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间明显较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清雾化吸入治疗可显著改善小儿支气管肺炎临床症状,缩短治疗时间提高治疗有效率,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sputum reqing atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:One hundred and thirty-six cases of children with bronchopneumonia hospitalized in pediatrics department of the 153rd central hospital of the people's liberation army from July 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the study objects.The children in the control group were given routine antiasthmatic anticough sputum treatment with 15 mg ambroxol+0.9%sodium chloride(5mL)atomized inhalation,and the observation group was treated with sputum reqing(3mL)atomized inhalation on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the effective rate,time of antipyretic,time of disappearance of cough and time of disappearance of lung rhones were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%higher than that of the control group.The time of antipyretic,disappearance of cough and disappearance of lung rhons in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sputum reqing atomization inhalation therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children bronchopneumonia,shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment efficiency.
