中医药防治新型冠状病毒肺炎相关问题的思考与策略

目的对中医诊治新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)的相关问题进行思考与辨析,提出中医诊治策略与方法。方法查阅新冠肺炎的最新文献资料,结合中医经典理论,针对新冠肺炎的诊断以及病因病机问题进行探讨,提出诊治策略与方法。结果新冠肺炎属于中医温疫病的范畴,具体诊断属“风温”,地域不同,兼夹不同。病因主要以风为主,或夹寒湿,或夹燥邪,或夹秽浊之气。治疗新冠肺炎应遵循辨证论治,以表里寒热虚实为纲,三因制宜,注意保护阳气与津液,健脾除湿,芳香化浊,通络活血,愈后防复。运用五运六气理论进行预测预警很重要,但要灵活运用。结论新冠肺炎诊治时应该运用五运六气理论,结合地域气象条件、物象变化、患者体质、症状表现,舌质舌苔,具体脉象进行综合分析病因病机,得出诊断,辨证论治,拟定方药,不可执一不变。

Objective To think and analyze the related problems of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19,and put forward the strategies and methods of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.MethodsTo review the latest literature of COVID-19,study the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,discuss the diagnosis,etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19,and put forward the diagnosis and treatment strategy and method.ResultsCOVID-19 belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine febrile disease,the specific diagnosis belongs to“wind temperature”,different regions result in different symptoms.The main causes is wind,cold and dampness,or dryness evil,or dirty turbid gas.Treatment of COVID-19 should follow the treatment of syndrome differentiation,with the surface and interior,cold and heat,emptiness and full as the outline,three kinds of treatment methods as the train of thought,pay attention to protection Yang Qi and Yin Qi,spleen dehumidification,aromatization turbid,activating blood circulation,have a relapse.It is very important to use the theory of five elements′motion and six kinds of natural air to predict and warn,but it should be applied flexibly.Conclu-sionThe diagnosis and treatment of Novel coronavirus pneumonia should use the theory of five elements′motion and six kinds of natural air,combined with regional meteorological conditions,physical changes,patients′physique,symptom performance,tongue coating,specific pulse for comprehensive analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis,get diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,draw up prescription,can not hold one unchanged.
