新疆某三级综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下门诊管理探索与分析

Exploration and analysis of outpatient management of COVID-19 in a GradeⅢGeneral Hospital in Xinjiang

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下门诊管理和运行存在的问题和难点,为疫情下门诊有效运行提供有效方法。方法查阅相关文献,了解和借鉴国内医疗机构新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下门诊运行的方法和经验,实地调研在疫情下新疆某三级综合医院门诊运行存在的问题和不足,并提出建议和方法。结果疫情下门诊弹性排班,复工后坚持分批次开诊原则,简化门诊就医流程,全面实行预约管理,医院与社区联动,多重举措联手,打好防疫攻坚战。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下门诊既要守护患者健康,又要兼顾感染防控,疫情也暴露了平时不易重视的问题,今后要更加注重提升基层医疗服务能力,提高医生整体救治能力。

Objective To explore the problems and difficulties in outpatient management and operation under the outbreak of COVID-19,it provided effective methods for effective operation of outpatient service under epidemic situation.MethodsThe novel COVID-19 epidemic situation and the experience and the experience of the new medical care institutions under the epidemic situation of the new type of COVID-19 in China were investigated and consulted.The problems and deficiencies in the outpatient operation of a three general hospital in Xinjiang under the epidemic situation were investigated and suggestions and methods were put forward.ResultsOutpatient scheduled flexibly under epidemic conditions and adhered to the principle of batch open after the resumption of work.We Simplified outpatient procedures and fully implemented appointment management.The hospital and the community were linkaged,multiple measures were used to fight a good epidemic prevention.ConclusionThe outpatient service under the outbreak of COVID-19 should not only protect the patient′s health,but also take care of infection prevention and control.The epidemic had also exposed problems that were not always easy to take seriously.In the future,more attention should be paid to improving the ability of primary medical services and the overall treatment ability of doctors.
