江苏企业对外直接投资绩效研究

Research on the Performance of Jiangsu Foreign Direct Investment

我国企业大量走出国门参与全球经济建设,在对外投资规模屡创新高的同时投资绩效状况却不甚明朗。以对外直接投资活跃的江苏企业为研究对象,构建企业对外直接投资绩效评价体系,从多个层面对江苏从事对外直接投资企业的绩效变化进行分析,最终得出江苏企业对外直接投资绩效整体呈现上升状态,但国有企业、大型企业绩效状况明显优于民营企业和小型企业,并且江苏企业在发达国家和地区投资绩效状况不及在发展中国家。最后,根据现状就提高江苏企业对外投资绩效水平提出相应的建议。

A large number of Chinese enterprises have gone abroad to participate in the global economic construction.The scale of foreign investment has reached record highs while the performance of investment is not clear.Taking the Jiangsu enterprises with active foreign direct investment as the research object,constructing the performance evaluation system of foreign direct investment of enterprises,and analyzing the performance changes of Jiangsu’s foreign direct investment enterprises from multiple levels,it is concluded that the overall performance of foreign direct investment of Jiangsu enterprises has increased.State,but the performance of state-owned enterprises and large enterprises is significantly better than that of small and private enterprises,and the performance of Jiangsu enterprises in developed countries and regions is not as good as in developing countries.Then according to the status quo,it puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the performance level of Jiangsu enterprises’foreign investment.
