总结国医大师李士懋治疗肿瘤的宝贵经验。他遵经重脉识病机,对属于沉疴顽疾的肿瘤临证以区分虚实为首务,强调脉诊,经平脉辨证,四诊合参,寻找疾病的阴阳气血问题。他认为正气虚弱是恶性肿瘤形成和发展的根本条件,因此应时时顾护正气为主,适当兼顾祛邪。治疗上应补益攻伐,相间而进;同时注意缓解患者疼痛症状,坚持长期治疗;重视修身调养在肿瘤恢复期的作用。

To summarize the valuable experience of LI Shimao,a master of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of tumor. He recognizes the pathogenesis of the disease by following classics and pulse-diagnosing.And for refractory tumors,the first step is differentiating defficiency and excess. He emphasizes pulse-diagnosing and seeks for the problems of yin,yang,qi and blood by four diagnositc methods,espectially the pulse-diagnosing. He believes that the weakness of vital qi is the fundamental condition for the formation and development of malignant tumors,so we should always give priority to protecting the vital qi and removing the evil qi properly. In the treatment,reiforcing the vital qi should be combined with removing the evil qi. At the same time,attention should be paid to alleviating the patient’s pain symptoms and adhering to long-term treatment. In addition,pay attention to the role of health preservation in the recovery period of tumor.
