某型飞机换装通信电台重心位置的计算分析

摘要 飞机重心位置的计算分析是新型飞机研制、现役飞机加改(换)装工程方案设计等过程中必不可少的一个重要环节。针对某型现役飞机换装通信电台工程对飞机重心位置变化计算分析的需求,基于机体坐标系下力矩平衡法的飞机重心位置计算方法,计算分析了该型飞机重心位置的变化情况。计算分析结果表明,该型飞机进口超短波电台和短波电台换装(均为双套换装)为国产超短波电台和短波电台后,空机状态下的重心位置位于25.2%b A处,较改装前的空机重心25.5%b A前移约0.3%b A(重心前移1 cm),在该型机允许的18%b A^32%b A重心范围内,飞机重心位置变化很小,满足使用要求。 The calculation and analysis of the center of gravity of aircraft is an essential part in the development of new aircraft and the design of the project of adding,changing(replacing)and assembling of aircraft in service.According to the requirement of the center of gravity position calculation and analysis of a certain type of active aircraft refitting communication radio project,the change of the center of gravity position of the aircraft is calculated and analyzed based on the moment balance method under the airframe coordinate system.The results of calculation and analysis show that the center of gravity of the aircraft is located at 25.2%b A when the imported ultra short wave radio and the short wave radio are replaced by two sets of domestic ultra short wave radio and the short wave radio.Compared with the 25.5%b A before refitting,the center of gravity of the aircraft moves forward by about 0.3%b A(the center of gravity moves forward by 1cm).Within the allowed 18%b A^32%b A center of gravity of the aircraft,the center of gravity of the aircraft changes very small,meet the use requirements.
