摘要
树脂传递模塑(RTM)是复合材料的重要制造技术之一。RTM工艺包含树脂的非等温流动过程,它在固化阶段之前会产生温度和固化程度的梯度。为了研究温度及固化度在充模和固化阶段的影响,基于ANSYS FLUENT软件开发了三维非等温树脂填充固化联合仿真。将模拟结果与已知数据进行比较,验证了所开发程序的准确性。由结果可知,充模过程产生的温度梯度和固化度梯度会对固化阶段产生重要影响,导致制件内部固化不均,影响产品质量。
Resin transfer molding(RTM)is one of the important manufacturing techniques for composite materials.The RTM process involves a non isothermal flow of resin that produces a gradient of temperature and degree of cure prior to the curing stage.In order to study the influence of temperature and curing degree in the filling and curing stages,this paper developed a three dimensional non isothermal resin filling and curing co simulation based on ANSYS FLUENT software.The simulation results were compared with known data to verify the accuracy of the developed program.It can be seen from the results that the temperature gradient and the degree of cure gradient generated by the filling process will have an important influence on the curing stage,resulting in uneven curing inside the part and affecting product quality.
