创新创业竞赛项目转化为实际创业项目的要素研究——以河北农业大学为例

Elements of Transforming Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Project into Practical Entrepreneurship Project:a Case Study of Hebei Agricultural University

高校不断涌现出的各类创新创业竞赛促进了创新创业教育教学改革,有效地推动了双创型人才的培养。以河北农业大学本科学生创新创业竞赛团队为研究对象,分析了高校创新创业竞赛促进大学生实际创业项目的作用。通过分析近3年河北农业大学国赛获奖团队的项目信息数据,总结了创新创业竞赛项目转化为实际创业项目的优势,研究了创新创业竞赛项目促使创新创业竞赛成果转化为实际创业项目的核心要素,提出了促使创新创业竞赛成果成功转化为实际创业项目的策略。

The important content of college education in the new era is to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.Various kinds of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions have promoted the innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching reform.It is an effective way to cultivate innovative talents.Taking Hebei Agricultural University undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship competition team as an example,this paper analyzes the role of university innovation and entrepreneurship competition in promoting the actual entrepreneurial projects of college students.Based on the data and analysis of information of Hebei Agricultural University winning teams from national competition in recent three years,it summarizes advantages of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition project into the actual entrepreneurship projects.Then,it studies core elements of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition to transform the achievements of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition into the actual entrepreneurship projects.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategy to promote successful transformation of the innovation and entrepreneurship competition results into actual entrepreneurial projects.
