在吸纳国际先进育人经验的基础上,以学术素养培育为突破口,提出基于提升学术素养的大学生创新训练活动促进创新型人才培养的作用机制,并在分析我国创新训练项目实施过程中发现的问题与不足的基础上,鉴于我国处于追赶和超越关键阶段的高等教育实情,提出构建基于学术素养提升的,以创新训练项目全过程管理为核心,以课程设计和专业实习为重点、以创业训练、创业实践训练与在校创业为延伸,以课外学术作品竞赛、学年论文与毕业论文写作为强化提升,以获得升学、就业或创业等满意的毕业去向为最终效果的创新型人才培养体系与对策建议。

After absorbing the advanced international education experience,on the basis of academic literacy cultivation as breakthrough point,this paper proposes a mechanism to promote the cultivation of innovative talents based on the innovative training activities of college students to promote academic literacy,and analyzes the problems found in the implementation of China's innovation training programs,in view of the fact that China's higher education is in the stage of catching up and surpassing,is proposed based on the academic accomplishment of ascension,and innovation training project process management as the core,with an emphasis on curriculum design and professional practice,entrepreneurship training,entrepreneurship practice training and school entrepreneurship as an extension,in extra-curricular academic works,academic papers and graduate thesis writing as strengthening ascending,for such as education,employment or business satisfactory to graduation for the final effect of innovative talent training system and countermeasures and Suggestions.
