摘要
从协同论视角看,高校与企业深度合作开展人才培养工作,可以产生1+1>2的效果,从根本上提升高校人才培养质量。但是在实际的人才培养过程中,校企协同的步调很难一致,还面临着价值取向有分歧、契合点不稳定等现实的困境,造成目标达成度较低,难以实现预设效果。基于新工科建设的出发点,从构建校政企人才供应链、共建公共运行实验基地、改革高校教学体系、建立特色班等方面进行理论探索。
From the perspective of synergy theory,the deep cooperation between universities and enterprises to carry out talents training can produce the effect of 1+1>2,and fundamentally improve the quality of talents training in colleges and universities.However,in the implementation of talents training,there are still many problems in school-enterprise cooperation,such as differences in value orientation,lack of stable meeting point and other practical difficulties,which result in a low level of completion,so that the expected effect can scarcely be achieved.Taking the construction of emerging engineering education as the starting point,this paper makes a theoretical exploration from the aspects of constructing the school-government-enterprise talents supply chain,jointly building public training bases,reforming the teaching system of colleges and universities,establishing featured training courses and so on.
