地方农业院校创新创业学院发展的思考——以河北农业大学为例

创新创业教育是高校必须承担的时代使命。地方农业院校成立创新创业学院,是响应时代召唤的重要举措,也是自身实现内涵式发展的必然要求。地方农业院校的创新创业学院普遍存在着发展定位不明晰、师资队伍专业化不足以及学院特色不明显等问题。河北农业大学,作为唯一的农业类院校入选为国家第二批双创示范基地,在经费投入、国家政策等方面支持下,采取创新创业学院发展目标的科学定位、师资队伍的合理配置、课程的高质量安排、机制的高效运行和特色的凝练彰显等有力举措,确保创新创业教育落到实处,以此推动创新人才培养模式和农业产业人才培养的发展。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is essential for colleges and universities in this era.The establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship colleges in local agricultural universities is an important measure to respond to the needs of the era,as well as an inevitable need for their own connotative development.There are many problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship colleges of local agricultural universities,such as unclear development direction,insufficient professional faculty and indistinct characteristics.Hebei Agricultural University,as the only agricultural university selected for the country's second group of demonstration centers for business startups and innovation,with the support of funds investment and policy,took effective measures such as scientific orientation,reasonable allocation of teaching staff,curriculum arrangement with high quality,efficient operation and distinct characteristic to ensure that innovation entrepreneurship education is practicable and therefore promote the innovative talents training mode and the agricultural industry talents training and education.
