大学生社会主义核心价值观培育践行是价值引领、文化传扬、德行涵养及实践育人的综合系统,内在要求“培育”与“践行”并重,两者内在统一又“和而不同”。培育夯实社会主义核心价值观的理论基石,以“学”“思”“知”为运作路径;践行则将核心价值观的价值功能外显,遵循“行”“讲”“传”的逻辑理路。

The cultivation and practice of college students'core socialist values is a comprehensive system of leading values,spreading culture,cultivating morality and cultivating people through practice.The inherent requirement is to lay equal stress on Cultivation and practice,and both of them are internally unified and"harmony but difference".Learning,thinking and knowing as the cultivation path have consolidated the theoretical cornerstone of socialist core values.Practice follows the logical path of"doing","telling"and"spreading"and externalizes the value function of socialist core values.
