纯电动赛车动力系统的优化

摘要 为优化纯电动赛车的动力性能和经济性能,提高赛车在比赛时的竞争力,在纯电动赛车动力系统选型及参数匹配基础上,应用Simulink软件建立电机控制模型,并基于SPSA算法对永磁同步电机控制参数进行在线整定,优化电机PI控制参数,改善永磁同步电机控制精度,实现赛车动力系统的优化。Cruise和Simulink整车联合仿真结果表明,赛车75 m直线加速时间为4.22 s,剩余SOC为84.2%,最高车速可达到114 km·h^-1;赛车完成耐久工况行驶后,剩余SOC利用率提高了1.6%。在同样工况下,保持赛车动力系统参数不变,优化PMSM控制参数后动力性能明显改善,可延长动力电池的使用寿命,增加赛车的续驶里程。 A permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control model was built using Simulink based on the well selected pure electric racing car power systems with matched parameters,and SPSA algorithm was applied for online PMSM parameters tuning,PI controller parameters optimization and PMSM control precision so as to enhance the power and economy performance of pure electric racing cars,improve its competitiveness and finally optimize its power systems.The result from joint simulation of Cruise and Simulink shows that the 75 m straight acceleration time of the car is 4.22 s,its remaining SOC is 84.2%,and its maximum speed is 114 km·h^-1.The utilization rate of SOC increases by 1.6%after the endurance driving of the car.By maintaining the power system parameters of the car and optimizing the PMSM control parameters under the same operating conditions,the power performance improves significantly,the power battery has a prolonged lifespan,and cruising radius of the car increase.
