摘要
基于应用型高校的人才培养目标,针对建筑结构抗震课程的教学特点,结合教学实践,探索能有效激发学生的学习兴趣、提高学生掌握抗震基本理论知识及其应用能力的教学模式。改革探索中基于国际工程教育认证标准,明确课程目标细化教学要求,教学内容中有机融入育德元素,构建课程内容新体系;企业教师进课堂,运用工程案例激发学生的学习兴趣,加强课程间的联系,拓展知识能力的深度和宽度,持续改进教学方法和手段;重视过程考核,改革课程考核内容与方式;通过教学效果调查了解学生的评价,提出持续改进课程教学质量的措施,向着应用型土木工程人才的培养目标持续努力。
Based on the talent training goal of applied universities and teaching characteristics of the course seismic building structures,combined with teaching practice,this article explores the teaching mode that can effectively stimulate students'interest in learning and improve students'basic theoretical knowledge and application ability.When new course content is designed,the reform is based on international engineering education standards,the curriculum goals and teaching requirements are clearly defined,the teaching content is combined with moral education.Teachers from enterprises enter the classroom,use case study method to stimulate students'interest in learning,and continuously improve teaching methods and tools,which strengthens the inter-course-contact and expands the depth and breadth of students'knowledge and ability.The teacher assessment in teaching process is valued and the content and methods of assessment in courses are reformed.Teaching effects are used to understand students'attitudes towards courses,which helps improving teaching quality and cultivating applied talents in civil engineering.
