摘要
为实现沼液处理和氮肥回收利用,采用磷酸铵镁(MAP)结晶法处理农场沼液。实验以实际农场沼液原液为研究对象,研究了MAP结晶法脱氮的影响因素:pH值、反应温度与反应物摩尔配比n(NH4^+):n(Mg^2+):n(PO4^3-)。研究结论表明,MAP结晶法脱氮的最佳工艺条件为:pH值为10.0,反应温度为30℃,反应物摩尔配比n(NH4^+):n(Mg^2+):n(PO4^3-)=1:1.1:1。此时NH4^+-N、TN、TP的去除率分别达到71%、52%、96%,实现了资源回收。
In order to realize the treatment of biogas slurry and the recovery of nitrogen fertilizer,the farmland biogas slurry was subjected to crystallization of magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP).In the experiment,taking the actual biogas slurry as the research object,the influencing factors of nitrogen removal by MAP crystallization method were studied:pH value,reaction temperature and reactant molar ratio n(NH4^+):n(Mg^2+):n(PO4^3-).The results show that the optimal process conditions for MAP crystal denitrification are:pH value is 10.0,reaction temperature is 30℃,and the molar ratio of reactants is n(NH4^+):n(Mg^2+):n(PO4^3-)=1:1.1:1.At this time,the removal rates of NH4^+-N、TN、TP reached 71%,52% and 96% respectively,and achieved resource recovery.
