从中医“治未病”理论谈新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的中医预防

中医学“治未病”的先进防病理念,涵盖了疾病发生的各个阶段。在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的预防和救治当中,中医药发挥了不可替代的巨大作用。中医“治未病”理论有未病先防、欲病救萌、既病防变、瘥后防复4个层次。从这4个层次出发可以得出,对于此次新冠肺炎疫情中的普通人群应采取存正气、避邪气的预防方法;对于医学观察人群、高危人群应采取主动出击,治疗萌芽状态的预防方法;对于已病人群应采取积极中医药治疗确保轻型患者不向普通型转化,普通型患者不向重型转化,重型患者不向危重型转化的预防方法;对于治愈出院人群应采取调养生息,防止复发的预防方法。

TCM has the advanced idea of disease prevention,which covers all stages of disease occurrence.In the prevention and treatment of COVID-19,it plays an irreplaceable role,which highlights the role of Chinese medicine.TCM emphasizes preventing before disease,treating at the very beginning,preventing the deterioration,as well as preventing the recurrence.From this four aspects,it puts forward the preventive methods of keeping vital-qi and avoiding evil-qi for the general population;taking active treatment for the population in medical observation and with high-risk;taking active TCM therapies for the sick people to stop the light symptoms transforming into the common type,even into the worse state;as well as adopting the preventive method to prevent the recurrence.
