基于“有是症,选是穴”探讨艾灸干预新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的思路和选穴分析

Discussion on Points Selection of Moxibustion in Treating COVID-19 Based on “Selecting Points According to Symptoms”

目的:基于“有是症,选是穴”的思路,探讨艾灸对新型冠状病毒肺炎的症状干预和选穴思路。方法:通过参考《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六版)》的症状和中国针灸学会制定的《新型冠状病毒肺炎针灸干预的指导意见(第一版)》中的选穴方案,并在查阅艾灸对相关症状的干预文献基础上,对艾灸干预COVID-19的选穴思路进行对比归纳和分析。结果:针对发热的症状,可以选用大椎、曲池穴;咳嗽可以选用大椎、肺俞、定喘穴;乏力可以选用足三里、关元、气海穴;针对上消化系统的不适,可以选用中脘、足三里、天枢等穴位。结论:在参考既往诊疗方案的基础上,应该根据患者的具体症状和病情进行辨证论治,选择相应的穴位,才符合艾灸疗法的临床应用规律,提高临床疗效,同时也体现了“有是症,选是穴”的辨证思想。

Objective:To discuss the intervention of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)and the selection of acupoints based on the idea of“selecting points according to symptoms”.Methods:This study analyzed the symptoms involved in the Diagnosis and Treatment of COVID-19(Sixth Trial Version)and the acupoint selections in Plan for COVID-19 by Acupuncture Intervention Guidance(First Edition),which was drafted by China Association for Acupuncture and Moxibustion.On the basis of consulting the intervention literature of moxibustion on the relevant symptoms,the ideas of acupoints selection were compared,summarized and sorted out.Results:Dazhui(DU14)and Quchi(LI11)can be selected for fever.DU14,Feishu(BL13)and Dingchuan(EX-B1)are selected for cough.Zusanli(ST36),Guanyuan(CV4)and Qihai(CV6)are used for fatigue.For upper digestive system discomfort,Zhongwan(CV12),ST36 and ST25 are used.Conclusion:On the basis of reference to the previous diagnosis and treatment plan,corresponding acupoints can be chosen conforming to the clinical application law of moxibustion therapy in order to improve the clinical efficacy.
