基于解结理论探讨温通针法治疗膝骨性关节炎

KOA Treated by Wentong Acupuncture Based on Theory of Resolving Knots

“解结”理论出自于《灵枢》,书中言“夫善用针者取其疾也……,犹解结也。”临床上可用针刺以解病结。膝骨性关节炎是临床常见疾病,属中医学“痹证”范畴,其发病机制以机体感受风寒湿外邪,肝脾肾亏虚,致使气血津液运行不畅,寒湿、痰、瘀之邪内结,阻滞经络,发而为痹。温通针法以补法为纲,配合经穴,补先后天之本,扶正以助温、助通,达到温化寒湿、祛痰浊、逐瘀通络的目的。以“解结”理论为指导,探讨温通针法治疗膝骨性关节炎的作用机理,为温通针法治疗膝骨性关节炎提供理论依据。

The theory of resolving knots originated from Miraculous Pivot,which recorded that a man who was good at using needles to treat the disease just was like resolving knots.Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common clinical disease,which belongs to the category of“Bi syndrome”in TCM.Its pathogenesis is that the body attacked by the external pathogenic factors of wind,cold and dampness,plus deficiency of Liver,Spleen and Kidney,resulting in the dysfunction of qi,blood and body fluid,accumulation of cold and dampness,as well as phlegm and blood stasis inside,blocking meridians and collaterals,which cause Bi syndrome.Wentong method takes the tonifying as its main principle,cooperates with meridians and acupoints,supplements the innate and acquired basis,and strengthens the body by the method of warming and dredging,so as to achieve the purpose of warming and removing cold and dampness,as well as phlegm and blood stasis.This study explored the action mechanism of Wentong acupuncture in the treatment of KOA guided by the theory of knot-resolving,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease.
