基于复杂网络的中医痰症用药配伍规律研究

Compatibility Rules of TCM Formulas for Phlegm Syndrome Based on Complex Network

目的:研究利用复杂网络相关算法,结合方剂中药物“君臣佐使”的药物作用,分析中医痰症核心药物用药配伍规律的可行性。方法:首先,构建方剂子网,根据方剂中药物作用构建中药方剂复杂网络模型;其次,改进PageRank算法确立药物核心度,并使用改进COPRA算法挖掘用药规律;最后,搜集中医痰症经典方剂使用该方法进行挖掘和分析。结果:通过分析对比,该方法可发现更多基于核心药物的用药配伍规律,分析结果基本符合临床实际情况。结论:该方法相比于传统的基于聚类、关联规则等数据挖掘算法,具有更好的适应性和揭示用药配伍规律的内隐性,是研究总结方剂配伍规律的有效方法之一。

Objective:To explore the compatibility rule of core herbs in treating phlegm syndrome based on theory of Jun(monarch drug),Chen(ministerial drug),Zuo(adjuvant drug)and Shi(envoy drug),by using complex network-related algorithms.Methods:Firstly,a sub-network and complex network model of TCM formulas were constructed.Secondly,drug core degree were determined by improved the PageRank algorithm and medication rule was dig out by improved COPRA algorithm.Finally,classic TCM formulas for treating phlegm syndrome were mined and analyzed by using this method.Results:Through analysis and comparison,this method could find more compatibility rules based on core drugs,and the results were basically in line with clinical conditions.Conclusion:Compared to traditional data mining algorithms based on clustering and association rules,this method has better adaptability and can reveal the implicit nature of drug compatibility.It is one of the effective methods to study the rules of compatibility of TCM formulas.
