三七与黄连配伍时三七中3个有效成分溶出率变化规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究三七-黄连药对不同比例配伍对三七中3个有效成分(三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1)溶出率的影响。方法:三七与黄连分别按1∶0、4∶1、3∶1、2∶1、1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、1∶4和0∶1共9个比例配伍,乙醇回流,制得供试品,在HPLC条件下进行分析,计算溶出率,然后考察溶出率与配伍比例之间的关系,最后采用归一化处理,从而得到三七-黄连最佳配比。结果:随着三七-黄莲药对中黄连比例的增加,3个活性成分的溶出率先升高后降低,当三七-黄连配伍比例为2∶1时,3个成分的总溶出率最高。结论:三七与黄连配伍后三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1溶出率的变化规律可为两药配伍提供科学依据。 Objective:To study the effect of different compatibility proportions of Panax notoginseng and Rhizoma coptidis on the dissolution rate of three effective components(Notoginsenoside R1,Ginsenoside Rg1 and Ginsenoside Rb1)in Panax notoginseng.Methods:9 samples were selected in which the proportion of Panax notoginseng and Rhizoma coptidis were 1∶0,4∶1,3∶1,2∶1,1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4 and 0∶1 respectively.After the ethanol boiling reflux extraction,various products were obtained for the HPLC test,the dissolution rates were calculated,thus to study the relationship between dissolution rates and different proportions.Finally,the best compatibility ratio was obtained by normalization treatment.Results:The dissolution rates of three active constituents showed the tendency of rising up at the begining and declining later on with the increase of proportion of Rhizoma coptidis.When the proportion of Panax notoginseng-Rhizoma coptidis(m/m)was 2∶1,the comprehensive content of three active constituents was the highest.Conclusion:The scientific basis of the Panax notoginseng in concert with Rhizoma coptidis for compatible use has been provided with the changes of dissolution of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in different proportions.
