贺氏三通法联合化痰通络方治疗脑卒中后语言障碍临床研究

Clinical Study of He’s Santong Method Combined with Huatan Tongluo Formula in Treating Post-Stroke Language Disorder

目的:观察贺氏三通法联合化痰通络方改善脑卒中后语言障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年11月—2018年12月符合纳入标准的76例脑卒中后语言功能障碍的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例,两组患者在语言康复的基础上,对照组采用对症常规药物治疗,观察组采用贺氏三通法选穴治疗并口服化痰通络方,两组均为7 d为1个疗程。连续治疗3个疗程后以脑卒中评分量表、汉语失语成套测试、语言障碍严重程度分级为指标评价整体疗效。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为97.37%(37/38),对照组总有效率为89.47(34/38)%,两组比较有统计学意义;观察组患者脑卒中症状、语言障碍改善程度较对照组患者明显好转(P<0.05)。结论:运用贺氏三通针刺疗法加化痰通络方口服治疗脑卒中后语言障碍可以明显改善患者交流和卒中障碍的症状,减轻患者心理压力,促进恢复,值得在临床中推广运用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of He's Santong method combined with Huatan Tongluo Formula in improving post-stroke language disorder.Methods:76 patients diagnosed with language disorder after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).Both groups were treated with language rehabilitation;on which basis,the control group was also treated with conventional medication and the observation group was treated with He's Santong method combined with Huatan Tongluo Formula.Seven days was taken as one course of treatment,after three courses of treatment,the overall efficacy was evaluated by the stroke scale,the Chinese aphasia test,and the degree of language disorder.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%(37/38),which was significantly higher than 89.47%(34/38)of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in the improvements of stroke symptoms and language disorder.Conclusion:He's Santong method combined with Huatan Tongluo Formula can significantly improve the stroke symptoms and the communication of the patients with post-stroke language disorder,it can reduce psychological stress and promote recovery of the patients.The therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
