知母多糖的研究进展

Research Advances in Polysaccharides of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.

知母是临床常用的传统中药材,是常用中药复方的组成部分。通过收集近年来知母的研究论文进行分析,发现知母的活性成分主要包含有甾体皂苷类、双苯吡酮类、黄酮类、有机酸类、木脂素类、多糖类和微量元素等,其中以多糖成分含量最高。目前结构特征较明确的知母多糖主要有知母多糖A、知母多糖B、知母多糖C和知母多糖D,具有明显的降血糖作用、抗炎作用和抗氧化的功能。

Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.is a traditional Chinese medicinal commonly used in clinic,and it is also a part of many commonly used Chinese medicine compound prescriptions.Through collecting and analyzing the research papers of Anemarrhena asphodeloides in recent years,it is found that the active components of the herb mainly include steroidal saponins,diphenylpyrones,flavonoids,organic acids,lignans,polysaccharides and trace elements,with the highest content of polysaccharides.At present,the polysaccharide of Anemarrhena with clear structure features mainly includes Anemarrhena polysaccharide A,Anemarrhena polysaccharide B,Anemarrhena Polysaccharide C and Anemarrhena polysaccharide D,which have significant effect on reducing blood sugar,anti-inflammation and antioxidant functions.
