摘要
为满足山地苗木移栽机器人的用户需求,本文提出一种融入模糊Kano模型的设计开发流程。根据智能农业装备的属性特征提出设计要素,采用模糊Kano模型中获取用户需求类型的方法,针对山地苗木移栽机器人的设计要素设计模糊Kano问卷,获取用户调研数据并进行统计分析。通过计算,确定各个设计要素的用户需求类别,进而得出用户的真实需求,并提出设计方案。
In order to meet the customer demands of the robot for transplanting mountain seedlings,this paper a design and development process incorporating Fuzzy Kano model is proposed.According to the research status of intelligent agricultural machinery,the design elements are put forward.The Fuzzy Kano questionnaire for the design elements of mountain nursery stock transplanting robot is designed by using Fuzzy Kano model to obtain customer demands types.The user survey data are obtained and analyzed.The customer demands categories of each design element are determined by combining satisfaction calculation.And then get the real demands of customer.Taking the design of the robot for transplanting mountain seedlings as an example,the analysis results based on Kano model were designed to verify the feasibility of the process,and to provide reference for the design of such intelligent agricultural machinery.
