摘要
近年来,菏泽市中小学在推进劳动教育方面进行了积极的尝试,但实效性并不高。菏泽市中小学在实施劳动教育过程中存在形式化、课堂化、娱乐化、片面化、工具化等问题,需要从构建劳动教育“四新”运行机制、建立劳动教育“四大清单”制度、切实做到劳动教育“四个结合”、实现劳动教育“四化”目标等方面进行全方位立体化多层次的设计,切实提高劳动教育的实效性。
In recent years,primary and secondary schools in Heze have made positive attempts to promote labor education,but the education effectiveness is not ideal.In the process of implementation,there are such phenomena as formalization,classroom-ization,entertainment,one-sidedness and instrumentalization.It is necessary to carry out all-round three-dimensional and multi-level design from the aspects of constructing 4 New operation mechanisms,establishing 4 Lists of systems,practically achieving 4 Combinations and realizing the goal of 4 Modernizations to improve the effectiveness of labor education.
