中共中央、国务院提出的“三全育人”原则是高校加强大学生思想政治教育的行动纲领和行动指南,同时也是落实“立德树人”的时代要求。根据“三全育人”的时代内涵,结合地方本科院校的现状和实际,新时代地方本科院校“三全育人”的实践路径应当创新育人理念和模式,拓展育人多元途径,切实提高育人实效。

The principle of The Three-wide Education put forward by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council is not only the action program and guide to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students,but also the requirement of implementing the era of Building Morality and Cultivating Talent.According to the connotation of the times,the current situation and reality of local colleges and universities,the practice path of The Three-wide Education in the new era should make innovation of the concept and mode,expand the multiple ways of and effectively improve the effectiveness of education.
