清喉利咽汤联合金嗓散结丸对声带息肉术后发声障碍患者嗓音恢复的影响

Effects of Qinghou Liyan Decoction Combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pill on Vocal Recovery in Patients with Vocal Cord Polyps with Vocal Dysfunction after Vocal Cord Polyp Surgery

目的:探究清喉利咽汤联合金嗓散结丸对声带息肉术后发声障碍患者嗓音恢复的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年1月陕西省人民医院收治的声带息肉术后发声障碍患者66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,对照组术后常规治疗及康复训练,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合清喉利咽汤及金嗓散结丸治疗,比较2组治疗效果、症状消退时间、患者治疗前后自觉症状积分变化情况、治疗前后嗓音障碍指数(VHI)评分、治疗前后患者生命质量评分(SF-36)、治疗不良反应等数据。结果:与对照组(78.79%)比较,观察组治疗有效率(96.97%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者声嘶、声带充血水肿症状消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者干燥感、咳嗽、疼痛感、异物感主观症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者干燥感、咳嗽、疼痛感、异物感主观症状评分改善,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者VHI评分、SF-36评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者VHI及SF-36评分均改善,观察组评分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(3.03%)与对照组(3.03%)均较低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清喉利咽汤联合金嗓散结丸可提升声带息肉术后发声障碍临床疗效,改善患者症状,促进患者早日康复,改善患者生命质量,且不良反应率低,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effects of combined Qinghou Liyan Decoction combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pill on voice recovery in patients with vocal cord polyps surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients with vocal dysfunction after vocal cord polyp surgery were selected in Shaanxi People′s Hospital of Shaanxi Province from January 2016 to January 2019 with the method of random table,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in control group was given postoperative routine treatment and rehabilitation training,while those in the study group was given Qinghou Liyan Decoction combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pill.The efficacy of the 2 groups,the time of symptom regression,the change of patients′conscious symptom score before and after treatment,the VHI score before and after treatment,the quality of life score before and after treatment(SF-36),and the adverse reactions after treatment and other data were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(96.97%)was higher than that in the control group(78.79%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms resolution time of hoarseness,vocal cord congestion and edema in the study group was shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).Before treatment,the subjective symptoms scores of dryness,cough,pain and foreign body sensation in each group were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,the subjective symptoms scores of dryness,cough,pain and foreign body sensation in each group were improved,and the study group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,VHI score and SF-36 scores of patients in the 2 groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment,VHI score and SF-36 score of patients in each group were improved,and the scores in the study group was superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate(3.03%)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(3.03%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Qinghou Liyan Decoction combined with Jinsang Sanjie Pill can improve the clinical efficacy of vocal cord polyp postoperative vocal dysfunction,improve the symptoms of patients,promote the early recovery of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and the adverse reaction rate is low,with high safety.It is worthy of promotion and application.
