基于自组织理论的思想政治理论课教学思考

Thoughts on the Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses Based on Self-organization Theory

思想政治工作是高校各项工作的生命线,思想政治理论课(以下称“思政课”)作为高校思想政治工作的主渠道,对于培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人具有重要意义。从自组织理论的视角来看,思政课教学存在着开放性不足、非线性失序、涨落失度、平衡性失调等问题,通过建立开放性培养体系、开展非线性教学改革、充分发挥涨落杠杆作用、不断增强要素协同等提升思政课教学的自组织性,是加强和改进思政课教学的客观要求。

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work in schools.As a main channel,ideological and political theory courses play a very important role in cultivating builders and successors of socialist undertakings with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labour.From the perspective of Self-organization Theory,ideological and political theory courses should take the following measures to promote education effect:formulating an open cultivation system,carrying out a nonlinear teaching reform,giving full play to the fluctuation of leverage,enhancing the synergistic effect with different elements,etc.
