一种产品族设计新方法——DSM模糊层次法

A new method of product family design——DSM fuzzy hierarchy method

为解决产品族设计过程中缺乏对产品合理性进行评估的问题,引入模糊综合评价法对产品进行合理性评估,并应用设计结构矩阵(DSM)对产品进行模块划分,提出一种产品族设计新方法——DSM模糊层次法。首先,构建产品概念设计图;其次,根据概念图建立DSM模型,对模型进行模块划分,并通过不同模块的组合构建不同的产品;最后,应用模糊综合评价法对产品族成员进行合理性评估,筛选出优秀的成员构建更符合设计要求的产品族。通过设计数控铣床超声自动检测附件产品族,证明该方法能够快速完成产品族设计,且设计出的产品族更加符合设计要求。

Aiming at evaluation of product rationality in the product family design process,it introduces a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the design structure matrix(DSM),it divides the product into modules,presents a new product family design method,that is DSM fuzzy hierarchy method.The method is divided into three steps:the first is to construct a product conceptual design diagram;then to build a DSM model according to the concept map,and divide the conceptual model into modules.These establish different products through the combination of different modules.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the rationality of the product family members,and selects the excellent members to construct the product family that is more in line with the design requirement.Taking the CNC milling machine ultrasonic automatic detection of the accessory product family,it verifies that the method can quickly complete the product family design,and the designed product family is more in line with the design requirements.
