摘要
针对研究堆铍组件长期滞留核反应堆无法拔出的问题,设计了一种堆芯滞留铍组件拔取专用设备。首先介绍了滞留铍组件的特点,专用拔取设备的工作原理和拔取工艺;然后采用多重备份机制对关键零部件进行详细设计,并利用ANSYS对其关键零部件进行应力分析;最后通过物理样机进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,堆芯滞留铍组件拔取专用设备能够安全可靠地实现卡阻铍组件的拔取作业。
Aiming at the pulling equipment for residual beryllium assembly,it designs a kind of special pulling equipment.It introduces the feature of the residual beryllium assembly,analyzes the process and working principle of this residual beryllium assembly.Using multiple backup mechanism it designs main parts in detail,analyzes their stresses in ANSYS system.The performance is verified by the physical prototype.The results show that the equipment can pull the residual beryllium assembly safely and reliably.
