基于B/S架构的高速公路机电设备检维修系统设计 被引量:7

摘要 以实现高速公路机电设备有效维护、降低高速公路运营成本为目标,设计一种基于B/S架构的高速公路机电设备检维修系统。利用B/S架构维护及升级成本低的特点将其作为基础架构模式,以系统综合管理、基础数据管理、设备信息管理构成系统功能架构,以数据层、应用层和客户层构成系统技术架构,将降低机电设备故障率、维修时间和备件库存作为设计目标,完成对系统内各功能模块的管理,从而实现高速公路机电设备检维修系统的建设。实验结果表明:该系统操作效率较高、集成性较好,可显著降低机电设备的故障率,且检维修管理综合评价结果更全面,综合评价结果高达99.23分,证明该系统可更好地服务于高速公路机电设备检维修工作。 In order to realize the effective maintenance of the highway and electromechanical equipment and to reduce the operation cost of the expressway,a highway and electrical equipment inspection and maintenance system based on the B/S structure is designed.Using the characteristics of the B/S structure maintenance and the upgrade cost as the basic structure mode,it takes the system comprehensive management to form the system functional framework,the basic data management and the equipment information management.It builds the data layer,the application layer and the client layer to form a system technical framework,reduces the failure rate of the electromechanical equipment.The maintenance time and the spare parts inventory are used as the design objective,and the management of each functional module in the system is completed,thus the construction of the highway electromechanical equipment inspection and maintenance system is realized.The experimental results show that the operation efficiency of the system is high,the integration is good,the failure rate of the electromechanical equipment can be obviously reduced,the comprehensive evaluation result of the inspection and maintenance management is more comprehensive,the comprehensive evaluation result is as high as 99.23 points.The system application proves to be better in the maintenance work of the expressway electromechanical equipment.
