The transient impact dynamic simulation of high-voltage double-acting circuit breaker

摘要 为了得到高压双动断路器合闸和分闸过程的瞬态冲击特性,针对包含双动断路器本体和弹簧机构的整机双动断路器模型,考虑冲击、接触、间隙、柔性等因素,利用LS-DYNA软件进行了双动断路器整机冲击动力学仿真计算。根据仿真结果,选取冲击应力较大的连杆位置进行了动态应力测量试验,并针对仿真与试验结果出现误差的原因进行了分析。仿真与试验结果对比表明,连杆的峰值应力最大相对误差为6.74%。 In order to obtain the transient impact characteristics of the high-voltage double-acting circuit breaker opening/closing process,it considers the impact,contact,clearance,flexibility and other factors,and uses the LS-DYNA software to simulate the dynamics of the double-acting circuit breaker based on the model of the double-acting circuit breaker including the double-acting circuit breaker body and the spring mechanism.The simulation results show that the position of the connecting rod with large impact stress are selected for experimental measurement.It analyzes the causes of errors in simulation and experiment.The comparison between simulation and test shows that the maximum relative error of the peak stress of the connecting rod is 6.74%.
