摘要 配电网事故具有极高的突发性和不可预测性,传统的人工调度导致抢修周期长、灵活性差。针对配电网抢修、维护、管理业务流程进行优化,并对多专业协同、事故数据统计、事故归隐溯源等环节展开探索,设计了配电网应急抢修管理平台并用于实践,保障调度的灵活性、抢修的高效性,实现安全可靠的电力供应。基于该平台的数据分析系统,可实现各业务部门不同专业之间的数据贯通和数据融合,促进专业协同和业务融合。 Safeguarding the safe and stable operation of the distribution network is the prerequisite for ensuring the sustained and stable development of the local economy and the people's livelihood.The traditional manual scheduling has the problems of long repair cycle and poor flexibility,which poses a challenge to the construction of smart distribution network.This paper explores the business process and data statistics process of repair and maintenance of distribution network,and designs an emergency repair platform system for practice to ensure the reliability of power supply,the efficiency of fault repair and the flexibility of scheduling.Based on this platform's data analysis system,data integration and data fusion between business units can be realized,and professional collaboration and business integration can be promoted.
