摘要
针对某发动机配气机构损坏严重、声音异常等多种问题,提出了一种优先级顺序优化的策略。首先采用AVL-EXCITE Timing Drive搭建出配气机构的单阀模型,然后在此基础上对原进气凸轮型线进行了相关的计算与分析,并在原有进气凸轮型线的基础上进行基于优先级顺序的优化设计,得到了新的凸轮型线。优化后的凸轮加速度没有太大波动,凸轮跃度降低了40.5%,凸轮和从动件之间的最大接触应力降低了39.8%,并提高了配气机构的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of severe damage to the engine valve mechanism and abnormal sounds,it proposes a strategy for optimizing the priority order.Based on AVL-EXCITE Timing Drive it establishes a single valve model of the valve mechanism,calculates and analyzes the original intake cam profile.Based on the original intake cam profile,it performs a priority order-based optimization design and obtains a new cam profile.The optimized cam acceleration does not fluctuate too much,the cam jump is reduced by 40.5%,the maximum contact stress between the cam and the follower is reduced by 39.8%,and the reliability of the valve train is improved.
